  Older guy with short hair and glasses (assistant manager?) was extremely rude to me when I tried to return a game that I bought 'New', but turned up looking like it had been used as a Frisbee. He repeatedly talked down to me, cut me off when I was talking, and had a very poor attitude overall. I returned my game, ordered another copy off the website (even though he informed me the game would return in the same state as the first), and got a brand new, cellophane wrapped copy. Thanks a lot, you extremely unhelpful person.
